The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, challenging the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 490/Kaa.Thu.Ka/ThiliOoragam/2022 dated 01.09.2022, and to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection for conducting the Bullock Cart and Horse Cart Race and Village Art Show on 17.09.2022 based on his representation dated 01.08.022. 2.
