ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to initiate action against the 2nd respondent by considering the representation dated 05.12.2013.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, if any, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of both to the petitioner and the second respondent within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
