2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's husband has involved in a murder case and allegedly killed a person belonging to the family of un-official respondents and on account of this, the un-official respondents have been harassing and threatening the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent police for police protection, however, the police have not provide the same.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner's husband has killed a person belonging to the family members of the un-official respondents and after the incident, the petitioner's husband has left the village and after a long gap, he returned back to the village and the unofficial respondents were quarrelling among themselves in respect of some other dispute in the village, the petitioner has given a complaint suspecting that they are quarreling in respect of the murder case.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner approached the police station along with two Advocates and on enquiry, it was revealed that the respondents 4 & 5 3/6

have not been harassing the petitioner thereby the police severely warned the petitioner. Subsequently, there is no complaint given by the petitioner against the un-official respondents. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the withdrawal of complaint is not voluntary, once the complaint filed was already withdrawn, no further order can be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
