JUDGMENT

Both the appellant and the contesting first respondent filed a Joint Compromise Memo, stating that the dispute between the parties is settled in terms of Joint Compromise Memo, dated 20.02.2023 and requested the Court to dispose of the Second Appeal in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo. 2.The Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo filed by the appellant and the first respondent, dated 20.02.2023. 3.Accordingly, the preliminary decree, dated 20.06.2013 passed in O.S.No.49 of 2009 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti as confirmed in A.S.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai, is set aside. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. No costs.
