The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered against him in Crime No.22 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and it is taken on file in CC.No.1093 of 2025. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed and it is also taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
