This writ petition is filed challenging the notice issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3116/M1/2012, dated 06.11.2014, which has been issued based on the complaint given by the third respondent, namely Lalitha.
2.Today(01.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.16476 of 2014, dated 30.09.2014, the impugned notice has been issued to the petitioner, under Section 83 of the Registration Act,1908. He further submits that the enquiry has already been completed and final order has also been passed. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. 2/4
