ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the application of the writ petitioner, dated 17.10.2021 and include the name of the petitioner in the revenue records as seen in the typed set of papers.

2. According to the petitioner, on 14.06.2022, an enquiry notice has been issued to the writ petitioner calling him for enquiry on 15.07.2022. He has appeared on the said date and further date of appearance has not been informed by the first respondent.

3.In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to complete the said enquiry, after giving due opportunity to the writ petitioner and the rival claimants, if any and pass orders on merits, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
