ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 01.12.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, vide letter in D.No.2824/22, dated 01.04.2022, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.41 of 2021. 2.This Court, by order, dated 01.12.2021 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.41 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further three months time to dispose of the said case.
