PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Sessions Judge and Special Judge for SC/ST Act Cases(PCR), Sivagangai to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Cr.No.81 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge and Special Judge for SC/ST Act Cases(PCR), Sivagangai to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Cr.No.81 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that there had been land dispute, for which case has also been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusively trial of cases under SC/ST(POA)Act, Sivangagai.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for 2/4

Exclusively trial of cases under SC/ST(POA)Act, Sivangagai within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court . The Special Judge shall consider the bail application of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
