ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 3 to 10. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, FIR came to be registered against the petitioner and others in Cr.No.331 of 2024 on 22.07.2024, that subsequently, the petitioner has sent a complaint and the same was received on 20.08.2024 and on that basis, enquiry in CSR.No.1095 of 2024 has been initiated and the same was ordered to be closed.
