[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This petition is filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw the entire amount 1/3

deposited by the 1st respondent with accrued interest lying in the credit of MCOP.No.59 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Court (FTC), Tenkasi. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as per the order passed by this Court, dated 09.06.2022, the 1st respondent/ Insurance Company had deposited 50% of the award amount before the Tribunal. Further submitted that the accident was of the year 2014 and the Tribunal has passed the award in the year 2021.

3.Heard.

4. In view of the above, the petitioners / claimants are permitted to withdraw their respective 50% share of the deposited amount, along with proportionate interest and costs.
