DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing under the provisions of Rule II of Order XLI of Schedule I of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Appellant and the Respondents not appearing in person or by advocate, this court doth order and decree as follows:-

1) that the judgment and decree passed by the 2nd Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil, dated 22.12.2014 made in A.S.No.96 of 2014, confirming the judgment and decree of the 1st Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil made in O.S.No.186 of 2008,dated 31.10.2011, be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed.
