ORDER

As against the order passed by the second respondent dated 06.08.2014 debarring the petitioner's son from participating in the public examinations for 10 subsequent terms, ie., for a maximum period of five years, for malpractice during the public examinations, the petitioner has preferred this writ petition.

2.In view of the passage of time, the punishment period itself got over by now and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
