ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to conduct fair and speedy investigation by examining the witnesses mentioned in the FIR and other relevant documents, pertaining to the case in Crime No.77 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Persecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, RCS notice has been served upon the petitioner and final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri. A copy of the RCS notice was also produced before this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
