The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to restore the name "Meenakshi Amman Temple" in the revenue records in T.S.No.165/1, Ward 2, Block 38, Karaikudi Town, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
