ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.303 of 2016, dated 27.08.2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Court), Karur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 08.02.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the matter was settled between the parties out of the Court and that the appellant has already deposited the settled amount before the Executing Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before the Executing Court by filing necessary application. No costs.
