ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to transfer and credit the balance amount in the petitioner's T.P.F. account into the petitioner's G.P.F. account within the stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the amounts recovered from the writ petitioner has not been credited in the G.P.F account. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent made a submission that the amounts are credited in the account of the writ petitioner. However, if there is any missing credit, the same will be looked into and further actions are to be initiated to credit the same.
4.This Court is of the considered opinion that missing credits are common, in such circumstances, the respondents are directed to look into the G.P.F account of the writ petitioner and if there is any missing credit and the same can be rectified and appropriate actions are to be initiated to credit the amount by following the procedures. For the purpose of rectification, the writ petitioner has to submit the facts and details regarding the missing credits or otherwise. In the event of receiving the details from the writ petitioner, the same shall be rectified by the competent authorities.
5.With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
