For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottaichamy Government Advocate (Crl. side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.133 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.133 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported one unit of Oorani sand by using Tractor bearing Reg.No.TN-59-W-9919. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner is having two previous cases, which are similar in nature.

CRL OP(MD). No.17348 of 2021 5.Considering the nature and seriousness of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that two similar previous cases are pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
