Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH KUMAR.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10558 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to produce sureties, since 1/3

the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10558 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days finally from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
