The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the F.I.R to call for the records from the 1st respondent police in Cr.No.1251 of 2017 and quash the same as devoid of merits.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/First Respondent for his willful disobedience in non-compliance of the order of this Court in Cr.OP(MD)No.8312 of 2019 dated 17.06.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order dated 17.06.2019, in Cr.OP(MD)No.8312 of 2019, the respondent Police conducted investigation in Crime No.1251 of 2017 and after completion of investigation, they filed final report before the concerned Magistrate.
