I must place my deep appreciation to Mr.K.Jeya Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ashok Kumar Ram, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent, since, by using their good offices, the entire issues raised in the Writ Petition have been resolved, and, a passport has been issued to the writ petitioner herein, yesterday/29.11.2021. The same is also affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no more issue to be adjudicated.
