This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to take action against the third respondent and not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the parties.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
