ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to receive a sum of Rs.14,21,517/- towards the award amount, as per the award dated 31.11.2011 and to direct the respondents to adjust the margin amount to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- paid by the petitioner with interest from 08.12.1995. When the matter came up for hearing on 07.03.2023, learned Counsel for the petitioner reported that the petitioner died and for impleading the legal heirs, he sought for a short accommodation. Accordingly, time was granted and the writ petition was adjourned.

Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner expressed his difficulty in getting instructions from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner and submitted that he is not in a position to contact them.

In view of the above representation, this writ petition stands closed, with liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to renew this application, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
