ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli to expedite the trial in P.R.C.No.130/2013 within a stipulated time period. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the committal process before the committal Court has been completed and the case has been numbered as S.C.No.119 of 2019 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and so far 10 witnesses have been examined in this matter.

3.Since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by completing the committal proceedings and undertaking the trial, nothing survives for further direction in this petition and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
