ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2018. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner wants to reconstruct her house by spending a sum of Rs.3 lakhs, for which, she procured the construction materials like cement and stones. He also submitted that though the respondents 3 to 8 have no right over the property, they are obstructing the construction work. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 03.12.2018, but, till date no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 03.12.2018, lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted an enquiry and closed.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.21786 of 2018 complaint, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. 5.If any complaint is lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed consider the same in accordance with law. 6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
