ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to expeditiously conduct the Peace Committee Meeting to celebrate Kandankuzhi Arulmigu Mathyur Sudalai Andavar Temple festival in order to avoid communal disharmony among the petitioner villagers and other villagers to worship the deity without the any discrimination like race, caste, etc., based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
