This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to implement the order of Letter No.20976/U1/2014, dated 07.07.2014.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition no longer survives, since the concerned Circular itself has been withdrawn by the Inspector General of Registration, pursuant to the Judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court.
