The father has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to produce the body of his daughter.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 produced the closure report of the second respondent police and it is mentioned that the detenue was secured and she was also handed over to the petitioner.
