ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3
police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 498-A and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant is that marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant was held on 18.04.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner forced the defacto complainant to live in joint family. He also kept her jewels in his custody without returning the same to her. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a matrimonial issue between the parties. Complaint was lodged by the wife. On the basis of the complaint CSR No.465 of 2023 is pending before the Enquiry Officer. The petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave an undertaking to return the jewels. They asked to appear again on 26.08.2023. 4.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Let the respondent complete the enquiry as early as possible.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
