This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated ...12.2012. 2.The subject matter of challenge in this writ petition is the notice issued by the second respondent directing the petitioner to attend for an enquiry on 13.12.2012. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has attended for the enquiry and has also submitted all the documents and till date the patta has not been cancelled.
