JUDGMENT

The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.22 of 2013 dated 18.12.2013 on the file of the 1/4

Subordinate Court, Devakottai, confirming the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.31 of 2008 dated 06.07.2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant died on 18.09.2020 and filed a Memo dated 28.07.2022 to that effect. The above said Memo is recorded. He would further submit that the respondent was also reported dead. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
