PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.387 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b),307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.387 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.06.2022 in a drunken mode, the petitioner herein said to have attacked one Ramadoss and caused him severe injuries, hence the case came to be registered.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 18.06.022 and hence he seeks bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy element having 16 previous cases including two cases under Section 307 of IPC. He would further submit that victim took treatment in the hospital for more than 30 days and thereafter only discharged hence opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

No.16355 of 2022 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy element having 16 previous cases including two cases under Section 307 of IPC and taking note of the injuries sustained by the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
