PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.06.2025 made in I.A.No.8 of 2025 in O.S.No.428 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.06.2025 made in I.A.No.8 of 2025 in O.S.No.428 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli..

2. The first respondent herein filed a suit in O.S.No.428 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, seeking declaration, permanent injunction, and other reliefs. The petitioner herein is the eighth defendant in the said suit. Pending the suit, the petitioner filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.8 of 2025 under Order 16 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure before the trial Court. However, the trial Court dismissed the said application by order dated 11.06.2025. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2/4

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, this Court may permit the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the revenue authorities under the Right to Information Act in order to mark the documents during his evidence.

4. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the case, this Court permits the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the revenue authorities under the Right to Information Act. Upon obtaining the required documents, the petitioner is permitted to mark them during his evidence.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
