In T.S.No.16/5A2 and 16/5B, T.S.Ward E, Block 3, of Tirunelveli Corporation (Manimutheeswaram Village) and his business to be shifted in the said property, Saraswathy Motor Works, a four wheeler service station based on the petitioner's representation to the fourth respondent dated 27.10.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The writ petitioner alleges that based on the complaint of the fifth respondent, the fourth respondent is interfering with the construction activities of the petitioner in the petition mentioned land.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the fourth respondent had already conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint on 29.10.2021. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would specifically state that the parties have been advised to abide by Court direction. Since the fourth respondent had stated that they will no longer interfere in the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
