O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a B.T.Assistant Teacher working in the third respondent School, seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 27.02.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant on 27.02.2023. The Management has forwarded the proposal to the second respondent on 03.02.2025. So far, the second respondent has not passed any order. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to forward the proposal to the first respondent, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
