DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Tuesday, The Fifteenth day of March Two Thousand and Twenty Two, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Appellant, and of MR.P.JEYAPRAKASH NARAYANAN Advocate for the Respondent and having stood over the matter for consideration till this date, this court doth order and decree as follows:-

That the Judgment and decree, in A.S.NO.225 of 2006 dated 25.02.2014 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, reversing the Judgment and decree in O.S.NO.1062 of 2000 dated 24.07.2006 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli be and hereby is confirmed and second appeal is dismissed.
