The above petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 18th respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 18th respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 20 to 24 as legal heirs of the deceased 18th respondent and rank them as respondents 20 to 24 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 17 to 24.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 17 to 24 would submit that they are not having any objections.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 12.02.2026.
