O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher working in the third respondent School, seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 1 and 2 for granting approval to his promotion as B.T.Assistant with effect from 24.02.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the third respondent Management has forwarded the proposal to the second respondent on 03.02.2025 for approving promotion of the writ petitioner. So far, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to forward the proposal to the first respondent, if it is otherwise in order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
