The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice of the first respondent in his proceedings Na.ka.A1/1423/2021, dated 06.10.2021 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry notice was impugned in the present writ petition, after enquiry, the Sub Collector, Sivakasi has passed an order, dated 30.09.2022 and as such, the prayer in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 07.06.2024 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet :yes/No das 2/4
