ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider the writ petitioner's representations dated 03.08.2024 and 16.08.2024 forthwith.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No. 750 of 2024 came to be registered and the same is pending.

4. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the concerned parties against whom the complaint came to be given and conduct enquiry and 2/4

pass order within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
