This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from putting up any construction in the subject property.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that the construction has been put up in the property belonging to the Madurai Corporation and no construction has been put up in the property belonging to the petitioner.
