JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal is directed against the judgment of acquittal passed in S.C.No.158 of 2014, dated 29.04.2015, on the file of the II Additional District Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a memo along with the death certificate of the appellant/defacto complainant, wherein it is evident that the defacto complainant, namely, Johnson Appadurai, S/o. Joseph had died on 30.04.2020.
