This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.608 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has already completed the investigation in Crime No.608 of 2017 and also filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in C.C.No. 191 of 2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
