The petitioner, who is a practising Advocate with a grievance that his application for appointment as a Notary was not considered by the respondent has challenged the entire list of notaries, which have been selected by the respondent in the year 2014.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has made an application and participated in the interview. However, he was not get into. Thereafter, he made a further application and the same is pending with the respondent and it would be considered depending upon the merits of the petitioner. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has applied for appointment of Notary and the same is still pending before the respondent, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner on its merits 2/4
and in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
