ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.1054 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased's father tried to sell the shop at the instigation of the petitioner. Therefore, on 29.10.2021, the deceased consumed rat poison and also left the suicide note. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased, he is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the deceased has left his suicide note, wherein, he has specifically stated that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner also responsible for his decision and that the investigation is pending.
5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at that point of time.
