PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.4 to issue joint patta in the petitioner's name in pursuance to the order in Pa.Mu.13399/2012 (B6) dated 31.05.2013 passed by the respondent No.2 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent. 2.Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.OM.Prakash, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and none appears for the respondents 5 and 6.

3.The case of the petitioner is that by proceedings dated 31.05.2013, the first respondent herein had passed an order of inclusion of the petitioner's name in the revenue records in respect of S.Nos.458/3A2 and 469/6A2 in Kanjirankudi village, Ramanathapuram District. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner had made a representation to the fourth respondent herein to implement the order passed by the second respondent. Again on 10.06.2013 and 16.12.2013, the petitioner had made further representations to the fourth respondent. As the said order has not been implemented, he had also approached the first respondent by subsequent communications.

4.While that being so, the first respondent herein had forwarded the complaint to the fourth respondent and had called upon him to submit the report. In spite of the direction issued by the first respondent, the fourth respondent has not complied with the orders passed by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this writ petition. 5.Considering the limited relief prayed for in this writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the second respondent 3/5

in Pa.Mu.No.13399/2012 (B6) dated 31.05.2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
