3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.306 of 2018 has been completed and final report has also been laid before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, as "Action Dropped". He further submitted that notice in this regard has also been served on the Petitioner herein on 07.11.2022.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, for appropriate relief.
