Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K.M., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the second petitioner as "Raj" instead of "Raja" in the cause title as well as in the order copy, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15177 of 2021, dated 05.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has no objection for ordering this petition.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
