JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the matter relates to the temporary suspension of trustees. The second and the third appellants have passed away. In the meanwhile the other appellants have entered into compromise with the first respondent/trust on 28.02.2021 and as per the compromise the temporary suspension of the trusteeship in respect of the appellants has been withdrawn by the respondent educational trust and they were again appointed as trustee, thereby he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the second appeal.

S.A.(MD)No.722 of 2015 2.In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
