ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the official respondents to ensure that the fifth respondent completes the rejuvenation work of the Oorani situated at Thiru Kulam Ward No.4 (SF No. 69-1A) Perumagalur Town Panchayat, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District in conformity with the work order issued by the third respondent dated 29.07.2022 and consequently to direct the official respondents to take appropriate action against the fifth respondent for not completing the improvement work of oorani, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the fourth respondent submits that the fourth respondent will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 within a period of 6 weeks.

Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the fourth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice to the fifth respondent by directing the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation 3/5

dated 07.07.2025 within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
